WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY

During our sessions you will be in complete control and aware of what is going on unlike the impression given by stage hypnosis. Being in a state of relaxation means I can communicate with your unconscious mind, and your unconscious mind is more open to the suggestions which can enable you to make real change.
