It’s a natural reaction to testing and difficult situations, and if it goes untreated can have serious repercussions for your long term mental and physical wellbeing.
Why Do I Suffer From Stress?
Stress is not something to take lightly, and it’s not something to be ashamed of either. When you suffer from stress for a prolonged period of time you will feel it impacting everything from your decision making to your ability to put your feet up and relax. There’s nothing strange about this really because we each have our own stress triggers which have arisen out of a unique set of circumstances and experiences. You should never fall into the trap of assuming that you’re someone who is predisposed to not being able to cope with anything and that others never feel stress. You’re stronger than you think you are, you just need to find a new approach to handling your stress.

It’s not an instant solution and it will take time, but the destination will always be worth the journey. What you need to remember is that you’re not alone in battling stress and the impact it has on your life.
